Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Southaven Snowden Grove

This was our second time staying at this location. Our first stay back in May 2025 was a little rocky as expected with a new location however our current stay this weekend was amazing and better than we could've imagined. Brittany and her staff made sure we had a great and relaxing time. They went above and beyond and for that we will always be thankful. The rooms are very up to date, spacious, and clean. The hotel is located in a prime location that has shopping, food and entertainment within walking distance. My husband doesn't usually do second impressions but I did not allow him a choice in the matter, I packed him up and he did not know where we were going and he was amazed at the time we had this visit. We will be using this location in the future for our *stay-aways* as we like to call them.

Amazing stay, convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants, security is on point, EV charging worked well!(Wish it was complimentary but I understand it would always be occupied by non guests if it was free) Brittany, Shawn, and the night audit employee (Sharttera, I believe) that checked us in, were all amazing. Fresh hot and delicious breakfast. The showers were actually designed to not flood! Plus the soaps are legible now and 2 wall hooks for hanging towels to reuse! Super clean rooms with great storage updates including a well lit wardrobe. Wish we had more time to stay, but we will definitely be returning thanks to the friendly staff and great location.

Nice, clean rooms. We've stayed there 3 times in the past year or so. The location offers plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, but traffic and construction in the area can be an inconvenience at times.

I do business trips quite often and this experience was such a delight. The staff was on point and top of everything even when we were experiencing few issues. The rooms were great - clean and well maintained. Shoutout to Britney and Cam for all their help and making our trip pleasant.

Visited family in Memphis and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport with easy access, plenty of dining options nearby, and a very safe area. The property is brand new and spotless. We stayed in a 1 King Suite, which was incredibly spacious and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful—we landed at 8:30 AM, called around 10 AM, and our room was already ready. Although we did not have time for breakfast, it looks fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Really great hotel. Stayed here twice in a 7 day span, once on the way to the beach, and once on the way back. The only issue was tapping noises coming from behind the walls on the 2nd floor when someone showered. Probably hot water pipes expanding. Woke me up at 7am. This didn't happen on the 3rd floor.

One of the better hotels in the area. Front desk staff is great.
